Project Details: Capital Area REALTORS® Federal Credit Union (CARFCU) hired The Sharp Construction Group LLC to relocate their headquarters to Rockville, MD. In partnership with Interplan Inc., this project took gentle care of existing materials to promote sustainability while creating a functional and modernized space to conduct business. Featuring a custom ballistic bullproof barriar system and focal banquette seating in the lobby, this new space incorporated contempory finishes with customer amenities to make CARFCU's clients feel welcome as well as committed to the brand. Additional items in the scope of work included full interior demolition, floor prep and leveling, HVAC/Plumbing upgrades, an electrical overhaul, and finishing a new layout complete with new appliances, paint, and textitles.
